Free standard shipping for orders over £30 for under £30 shipping will be £1.50
We aim to pack and dispatch all in stock orders exc made to order items within 48 hours of order during our business hours, we use a Royal mail fully tracked delivery service as standard. All items excluding custom made should arrive within 5 days of order.
Laser engraved slate photo coasters should arrive within 7 days of order.
Promotional keyring's please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
All custom made matchstick model orders will have their own delivery estimate which will be arranged upon each individual quote.
If any of our products are not up to your satisfaction you can return it to us unused and in original condition within 14 days, postage covered by yourselves, once received and inspected and all conditions are met we will process a full refund ex shipping, please note this excludes custom made matchstick models or promotional keyrings, or slate picture coasters unless certain circumstances are met. We obtain proof of postage and tracking as a standard so any queries on non delivery you will need to take up with Royal mail after your item has left us.
